With over two decades of Gurugram real estate experience, Deepak Bhatnagar helps investors explore high-potential opportunities across residential, commercial, industrial and land investments, including pre-rented properties and selected new projects. His approach focuses on identifying growth potential, assessing property-title documentation and helping clients make informed investment decisions aimed at attractive returns while carefully evaluating risks.
He leads I-Nestor with a focus on understanding each property objective, identifying relevant opportunities and helping clients approach real estate decisions with greater clarity.

Shaifali Sharma joined I-Nestor in 2024 and contributes to the business through administrative support and client coordination. Her role supports communication, organisation and the day-to-day client experience.

Amit Chohan manages liaison and coordination activities at I-Nestor, specialising in complex, delayed and disputed property-related matters. He works on stakeholder coordination, relationship management and follow-ups to help move challenging matters towards practical resolution.
His experience also includes political and public-stakeholder liaison, supporting communication and coordination with relevant individuals and stakeholders where appropriate.
